How do I activate my account?

Activating your account has a very simple process. Once you’ve registered to A1 Spices, you’ll be sent an email that has the verification link inside. Simply click on the link to verify and activate your account.

If you did not receive the email, kindly check your junk and spam folders to find the email we sent. If you still don’t receive the email your email service provider may have blocked it, get in touch with your service provider to resolve the matter.

How are my orders shipped?

All the orders are shipped via TCS courier service.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

As a default, the shipping address you first used will be saved to your account. When checking out your order, you will see the shipping address displayed. If you need to amend or change the address, that’s where you do it.

How do I track my orders?

To track your orders, login to your account, the status of your carts will be under Order History. With each order you’ll be given a tracking number which you can use on the TCS website to track your order.

How can I cancel my orders?

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a window of 24 hours to do so before it is processed and dispatched. Login to your account and click the shopping cart, here you can find the option to cancel your order. However, note that once payment is verified, refunds will not be possible, you can purchase something else of the same value.

How long will my package take to arrive to my destination?

People who want ship their orders within Pakistan should expect their orders within three to five working days, upon verification of orders. If you are experiencing delays in your order, get in touch with us immediately and we’ll get back to you with the status of your order as soon as possible.

What payment options are available to me?

Currently we are accepting Debit and Credit Card payments, as well as cash on delivery.

What happens if the consignee is not available at home / delivery address?

If the consignee is not available at the given address, our courier will deliver the gift to a person who’s available and will take down the signatures and relation of that person to the consignee. In case no one is available at the given address or if the address is closed our courier would leave a message card for the consignee. After coordinating with the consignee, our courier will make a second attempt. However passports & personal delivery shipments are NOT delivered to any other person but consignee; whereas credit card deliveries can be received either by consignee or his/her blood relative at given address.

Is there a return policy at A1 Spices?

The products that you see on A1 Spices can be returned in case they damaged. However, this policy doesn’t apply to the Frozen Food category of A1 Foods.

What happens in case a mishap occurs with my order? (LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERY)

Such matters are taken very seriously, we look into each individual case thoroughly. Any damaged item should not be thrown before taking photographic evidence and emailing it to us.
